1st Day of School

My kids started school today. We are going to yet another new school this year. Poor Madelyn, it's her seventh one! She's a trooper and loved "Challenge to Excellence." It is a local charter school that is K-8th grade. I loved their school last year, but was really worried about the Jr. High. Apparently there is a lot of sluttiness going on at the local Jr. High, so I moved all three kids to the charter so they could avoid the skankfest in the future. Madelyn was put in the highest 8th grade math and Skyler tested the highest of all the kindergarteners! We are soooo proud!!!!

Neighborhood Party

On Saturday our neighborhood had an awesome end of the summer party. We had a blast! There was a firetruck, bounce house, face painting, a live band, and food catered by On The Border. We just sat in our driveway and enjoyed the fun.

My girls got haircuts today, before school starts. It was Rylie's first ever and she did great!

Dentist visit and our Anniversary

Rylie had her first dentist visit. Luckily our dentist is Jared's brother Ryan. Obviously this isn't him :)

This last Saturday, July 31st was our 12th anniversary. We went to breakfast at Mimi's and then saw "Dinner for Shmucks." It was hilarious!
